Video Production FAQs
What is an EPK video and do I need one?
An electronic press kit video shows buyers who you are, how you sound and what you look like on stage, usually in two to three minutes. Venues, planners and agencies use it to shortlist talent, so it is often the difference between an inquiry and a pass.
How much does a studio reel cost?
Artist EPK & 4K Studio Reel packages run $499 to $1,200, depending on the number of songs, cameras, interview segments and edits. Live sound and lighting for events runs $750 to $3,500 per event.
Can you live stream my performance?
Yes. We stream from our lit, multi-camera stage to YouTube, Facebook and other platforms, and record the full show so you can reuse it on your Elated profile and socials.
Is the audio recorded in the same session?
Yes. Audio is tracked through our 32-track recording studio during the shoot, then mixed so your reel sounds as good as it looks.
Who produces and directs the shoot?
Sessions are produced by Daniel Elliott, whose career started as a FOX producer in the 90s and spans national ad campaigns, live events and broadcast news.
Can you also shoot photos the same day?
Yes. Pair your reel with a headshot or promo photo session so your profile, EPK and posters all match.
Where is the video studio?
Our studio is at 14580 E. Beltwood Parkway #103, Dallas, TX 75244. We also film on location at venues across Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Houston and San Antonio.
