Booking Talent
How do I book talent?
Post your gig with the date, location, style and budget. Matching performers respond, and you confirm and pay through the platform.
What kinds of talent can I book?
Musicians and bands, DJs, actors, voiceover, hosts and emcees, models and influencers.
What does it cost to book?
Talent rates are set per booking, and any buyer fees are shown with your quote before you commit.
How does payment protection work?
You pay through the platform when you confirm the booking. Funds are held and released to the performer after the show, so you are not paying a stranger up front. See our Booking & Payment Protection Policy.
Which cities do you cover?
Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Houston and San Antonio. Travel outside those markets is quoted with your booking.
Joining and Getting Paid
Is Elated really invitation-only?
Yes. We build profiles in advance from public press kits, reels and photos, then invite performers to claim them with a one-click link. You can also request an invitation.
What does the VIP Artist Pass include?
Ninety days of full platform access at no cost: gig alerts by text and email, live profile views and shortlist counts, and payment protection on every booking.
What happens after 90 days?
Dues of $29 to $79 per month are deducted from gigs you book through the platform. If you do not book during a billing cycle, you are not charged dues.
When do I get paid?
Buyers pay through the platform when they confirm. Funds are released to you after the show.
Studio Services and Travel
Where is the studio?
14580 E. Beltwood Parkway #103, Dallas, TX 75244. Tours and sessions are by appointment.
What does the studio offer?
Talent photography, 4K video production, a 32-track recording suite, stage and studio rental, production crew, live sound and lighting, and EPK websites.
Do you travel?
Yes. We work across Dallas-Fort Worth and travel to Austin, Houston and San Antonio. Travel is quoted with your booking.
How fast do you reply?
